I wrote this song as a place to put down the need to keep doing, fixing, and becoming. In the quiet, there is room to hear something gentler beneath all the noise: a sense that we already belong, that we can meet ourselves with love exactly as we are. I wanted the music to offer that kind of space. A few minutes to breathe, soften, and reconnect with the part of you that has been there all along.
